Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as bookings cannot be cancelled or amended 7 days prior to your visit without incurring charges:
To Reserve your booking, a non-refundable £50 Deposit will be required and will be deducted from your final invoice. Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you a final invoice, payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to amend numbers after this date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a Group Booking must be received within 7 days of your visit; otherwise full charges apply.
Tour Bookings: If as part of your booking you have arranged a tour please ensure that you let us know if any of your group has mobility issues, require assistance or disabled parking.
Travel: Our gates are 3.3 metres wide with a tight turning circle, which we know from previous experience has prevented coaches from accessing them. If you are travelling as a group please do not travel by coach, we recommend you travel by public transport, minibus or car.
Wet Weather Policy: Occasionally Jupiter may have to close in very adverse weather conditions, where possible we will let you know the evening before your travel, however in some circumstances it may be 8am of the morning of your visit. If you are concerned about the weather and wish to call to confirm, please call 01506 889900.
Catering: Catering requirements must be confirmed 7 days prior to your visit. Unfortunately we are unable to amend numbers or dietary requirements after this date.
Please be aware that we do not permit dogs at the Artland (except assistance dogs) unless you are a Friend of Jupiter member and have signed your dog up for a Dog Membership.
Packed lunches are also not permitted.
