Group Visits

We offer Group Visits throughout our open season Wednesday – Sunday, May-September for groups of over 15 people:

• Adult £12
• Concession £11
• Student £8
• Child (Aged 3-16) £8 (under 3 free)
• Disabled plus Carer £7
• National Art Pass tickets : £5.50

When we are closed to the public you can bring your group for a private visit to the Artland, outwith our public open hours in May-October, for groups of over 15 people. (Please be aware that some artworks will be concealed over winter due to weather conditions.)

• Entry Only £25 per head

Away from the hubbub of the main café, our private catering options ensure seating for your numbers without the hassle of ordering. Pre-book a breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea within our private Cottage Garden Marquee.

The following options are available for Group Bookings:

Breakfast: Tea and coffee with pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and smoothie is available until 11:30 at £13.00 per head.

• Lunch A : Quiche of the day with side salad, chocolate brownies and tea/coffee: £18.00 per head
• Lunch B : Seasonal soup of the day, Scone, chocolate brownies and tea/coffee: £15.00 per head
• Lunch C : Meat/Fish & Cheese Platter, Cake and tea/coffee: £20.00 Per head

Afternoon Tea is available after 14:30. Menu A: Selection of 3 sandwiches, selection of cakes (Scones, Brownie, Tray Bake), Tea and Coffee: £45 per head or £50 with a glass of sparkling wine.

Coffee and cake: Seasonal cake of the day and tea/coffee: £8.00 per head

Please note if any of your party have dietary requirements when booking.

Wine / Sparkling wine or soft drinks can be added to the above options

Led by different members of the Jupiter team, tours of the Artland are available on request from £15.00 per person for groups of over 15 people or more. Lasting one hour, gain a new perspective into the collection and the landscape.

Do let us know if you have a particular area of interest. Through contemporary sculpture, education and horticulture, we’ll find the perfect guide to match your group.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as bookings cannot be cancelled or amended 7 days prior to your visit without incurring charges:

To Reserve your booking, a non-refundable £50 Deposit will be required and will be deducted from your final invoice. Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you a final invoice, payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to amend numbers after this date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a Group Booking must be received within 7 days of your visit; otherwise full charges apply.

Tour Bookings: If as part of your booking you have arranged a tour please ensure that you let us know if any of your group has mobility issues, require assistance or disabled parking.

Travel: Our gates are 3.3 metres wide with a tight turning circle, which we know from previous experience has prevented coaches from accessing them. If you are travelling as a group please do not travel by coach, we recommend you travel by public transport, minibus or car.

Wet Weather Policy: Occasionally Jupiter may have to close in very adverse weather conditions, where possible we will let you know the evening before your travel, however in some circumstances it may be 8am of the morning of your visit. If you are concerned about the weather and wish to call to confirm, please call 01506 889900.

Catering: Catering requirements must be confirmed 7 days prior to your visit. Unfortunately we are unable to amend numbers or dietary requirements after this date.

Please be aware that we do not permit dogs at the Artland (except assistance dogs) unless you are a Friend of Jupiter member and have signed your dog up for a Dog Membership.

Packed lunches are also not permitted.
